Vadi Panorama

Located in Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district, our project consists of 3 blocks and will be built on a 3,839 m² plot, of which 3,000 m² is allocated to landscaped gardens.

There are a total of 66 apartments and duplexes in 3 blocks, all with separate kitchens and en‑suite bathrooms. Each block has 6 floors: 24 apartments in Block A, 24 in Block B and 18 in Block C.

Vadi Park Project is located opposite our site. Covering 10 km of forest area, this park offers cafés and restaurants, a shopping mall, jogging tracks, cycle paths, children's playgrounds, an ice skating rink, sports areas and an amphitheatre.

Construction of Block A started in September 2013 and will be completed in December 2014. The remaining two blocks will start in December 2013 and be completed in March 2015.

The project is 400 m from the nearest metro station and 400 m from the E‑5 highway. It is right next to shopping centres and hospitals. Many schools are located just 200 m from our site. It is 1 km from TÜYAP Fair Centre, 5 km from the Marmara Sea, 15 km from Atatürk Airport and 15 km from CNR Expo. It is also only about 15 km from Istanbul's planned third airport.
